Box showing info before downloading

Hi,

First of all, keep up the good work. I am writing to ask about the box that used to appear when you clicked to download something. This is the URL in question:

Before last upgrade, when someone clicked on a download link, a box appeared showing information you wrote in the “Manage Files” section. How could I do for getting this behaviour back?
