Yes we can see that the license is active, but can you provide the reason why our order remained expired despite us paying and receiving the invoice?

Information has come to light about the payment issue.
Here is why the issue may occur:
When a user updates the license manually and subsequently switches to automatic updates, the system may fail to track the transaction number for the most recent payment. As a result, it identifies the previous manually processed payment as the latest one. Hence, following a successful payment, the system erroneously displays an expiration status.
