Before I upgrade to Pro

Hello everyone,

There are a couple things I would like to do with download manager but I can’t, and I’m wondering if I could do them with the Pro version. Could someone please clarify if the following will be possible with Pro?

1 – Reordering Categories as needed – as of now I have the shortcode [wpdm_tree] in one of my website’s pages to show a list of Categories and respective packages/files, but when I add new categories, I can’t seem to reorder them. The ones that were already online are automaticaly ordered alphabeticaly, but the new ones always stay at the bottom. Here’s what I mean http://www.ogalgarve.com/partituras/ Notice how the last 3, which have be created later on, are not alphabeticaly organized. Will I be able to reorder categories as needed using the Pro version?

2 – Creating multiple packages at once – if you check the above link, you can see how each folder/category has several files inside them, and that’s how I need them to be. To achieve this though, I have to repeat the process of creating each package for each file over and over. Will I be able to create multiple individual packages at once with the Pro version?

3 – Passwords for multiple files – after I created the packages, there was the need to protect the files with a password, so I had to go one by one to add the same password. Is this a feature that will be available in the Pro version? Can I select multiple packages and add a password to all of them at once?

After so many days, I’m not sure anyone is paying attention to this forum..
I’m trying to figure out if I should go ahead and buy the Pro version of your product, but the support so far is not helping!

No worries. But I’m not sure I understand what you said. Can I reorder categories as needed with the Pro version? And also, could you clear out questions 2 and 3 of my original post?
