Backend display vertical rather than horizontal

Hi, on the backend display the values, including titles in the table display as vertical words rather than horizontal, like this:

R
T
I
C
A
L

This means that they take up lots of space and are very difficult to read. The frontend displays fine
Is there a setting that I need to change? Please let me know, and kind regards. 🙂
