Hi,
I’m getting this error and tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating add ons and still, error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32776 bytes) in /home/content/92/8935692/html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 378

can you please help? I even contacted my godaddy support and trying to increase memory in wp-config/wp-settings

Which addon you are trying to install/update. Please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
