Hi,

If I set a document to allow access to the user role ADMINISTRATOR. I get the following error for the PDF document even if I am logged in as an ADMINISTRATOR; Why is that? But it’s not just the admin but all user role gives that error.

First please ensure that if you have added the file from google drive then it’s accessible to public users.

If the problem still exists, then It is hard to determine the issue without looking into your website.

What about the PDF Viewer Add-On? Will it work properly or provide a preview for user roles or it will only also work for All Visitors?
