The All Downloads Shortcode that appears in the demo has a category filter and a category column. When I added the shortcode to one of my pages, these features didn’t show up. What should I do to solve this? In the pro version is this table customizable?

yes, you can use short-code [wpdm-all-packages category=categiry-id] for specific category.
