Hi, I purchased the All Access Pass over a year ago and wasn’t able to use it do to issues with the plugin that were never resolved and features that were promised to be implemented that never were. I see it’s been updated in the last 12 months and wanted to know if I could get access to the pass for a couple days or a week just to test the pro plugin out and plugins i was interested in when I originally bought this package. i want to see if the new updates this year has improved the product and if so im willing to repurchase but i do not want to spend $300 again for a product that does not work as intended and doesnt have the advanced features i would expect. Could i get this one time courtesy please as a former paying customer?

I also had some issues with bugs back then since i use the plugin to manage images and it would make thousands of QR-codes on my server taking up a lot of space. Some admin plugins didnt seem to be as feature rich as i hoped like the watermark add-on.

If you opened topics for each issue for you requirements, you should get help or implementation hope for the next updates. I’m testing the new Download Manager Pro 6.9.0 for the first time and I installed it on my wordpress installation. it does not look the same as the demo. it looks like the UI is old and the unupdated version. How do I get the application to have the updated interface?

Why don’t Pro users get the new interface, only free users? And no expectation on when Pro users will get it?

Also, the pro version of your demo has the new interface and features, but the current pro version doesnt. This means you already have a version with it working already- your team is just not making it available to the public. why is this? Your demo site is running the pro version, pro extensions and has the latest UI updates. So it appears it does exist- when will paying customers get it?

I’m not able to download it or the plugins I need to check to answer your questions earlier. I had a week to download them..it was suppose to expire on 12/26…but someone changed that to tomorrow the 20th…but i still dont have access to it now? Can you fix this?
