Hi, I hope you can help.
I have a website with many downloads http://www.actin-spain.com/downloads
No matter what I do/change the downloads are all corrupt and cannot be opened. I have tried reattaching the files to the package, the files are perfectly ok when downloaded via ftp. I have tried creating new shortcodes which is a pain as there are so many. I have deactivated nextgen gallery, but still the downloads are corrupted. Can you please help as this is causing many problems with the users.

please select “Resumable Download = disabled” from download manager settings page and save settings.
Thank you for your reply. That has fixed the problem. Can you tell me what ‘resumable downloads is for?
