Hi, Our website is crashing after installing addon Amazon S3 Storage Plugin. when we disable this plugin website works fine.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. According to the latest update of WPDM, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them, or you can download them from here.

In our test environment, it’s working fine.
Will you please provide us with your FTP access in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution?
However, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

Since it’s a live website so it’ll be very helpful if you provide us with a staging website where we can debug properly as the error log is missing some data.

The server config seems ok. However, have you enable/disabled other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking.

We were able to fix the errors explained above by installing missing library on our server.
it all works fine except instead of downloading files it opens s3 bucket media on browser. Moreover it opens in same tab so we will loose our customers this way. I see we have to change metatag on aws s3 bucket, but we don’t want to edit anything from there.
Can you please let me know solution for this issue?

That’s how it needs to handle, as downloads are directly serving from amazon s3.
WPDM doesn’t have any control over the download process when using any cloud/remote storage.

In our test environment, it’s working fine.
Most probably it’s your theme related issue. Have you tried after disabling the s3 add-on that still the website is crashing or not?
If still crashing then we need to debug it by login into your website.
So Please, cooperate with us by providing your valid temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply. Your previous login credentials are not working now.
