After each update all my custom icons disapears

Hello, i’m using Download manager Free here :

after each update 2.7.1, 2.7.2 etc … all my custop icons used with the buttons “upload new icon” dispears, and i must all the time REupload them, and add one on one download, then i can click on the icon. i click on update, and then i can click on the icon, and when i click on update, they all appears again to all the other downloads !
kind of annoying to do this each time.
is there a way that this is not broken after each update please ? it seems that at each update, the plugin erase all the custom icons uploaded.

@Martyprod, for now you can re-upload those icons using ftp to dir /download-manager/file-type-icons/

in next update we are placing custom icon in outside of plugin dir, so, It will not happen anymore.
