Advanced Access Control: User group and single user at the same time for file

Hi
I want to use Advanced Access Control. I need to set an access to file for the User group and Single user at same time. For example: access for all my coworkers(group) and for my single client. Is it possible?

Advance Access Control is to control download of a user. It’s possible.
