Advanced Access Control Shortcode Not Working

I put the shortcode for Advanced Access Control for user specific download page:

[wpdm_my_downloads login=1]

And I set the package setting for that member only, but when I visited that page using that username I cannot see anything.

Please advise, thank you

Are you using the updated version of Advanced Access Control? If not please update the add on and let me know either you are facing the problem yet.

Yes we have the latest version in stalled 3.0.3

The problem still exists

I think another moderator was able to address the shortcode not showing, they applied a patch. I want to show just the downloads shared with that user, not list all downloads, is there a way to do that?
