Admin Gets Email After Successful Upload From Frontend

Hi,
I wish there was a way for the admin or specified users or email addresses will get a message or notification when a user successfully gets an email message or alert. Because sometimes the admin does not know when a file is pending review.

What am trying to say is….
Admin users should always get a message or notification when a package has been created from the frontend. Because in my site, i set it up so that the package is placed for review by an admin for approval before it is posted. Sometimes the admins dont know a package is waiting to be reviewed.
