Add to cart via url link

Hello,

I have three questions.

1)
in my web page I have a price list table. On the end of price list table I have link button with custom url definitiion.
Please, is possible use some URL link for my package for add to cart?
After add to cart will be show Cart page directly.

2)
How can I disable (cancel) of the Link to my package info inside Cart page?

3) How can I change currency format? At the moment I have format Kc8200, but right format is 8200 Kc.
