Add package purchasers to specific mailchimp mailing lists

Right now all customers can be added to a general customer mailing list when they sign up, which is great.

Similarly, it would be helpful for us to be able to add users to a package-specific mailing list based when they purchase a specific package.

This feature would allow me to target specific marketing to them, and to let them know when new downloads are added to packages, and when new packages of interest are available.
