Accordion Plugin only shows "link-template-panel.php"

We just bought the accordion plugin, but when I use it, it shows an accordion, diplaying all categories properly, but the entries within the categories only consist of a text string referring to the file “link-template-panel.php”. What to do?

I cannot post a public link here, because the site is protected for now, and I can’t give away the auth credentials here in a public forum.

hi,
Please try removing download manager plugin and download a new plugin from the website. Install the plugin and try again.
I hope this solves the solution.

I’m sorry to say, but it didn’t change anything. I still only get the list which displays the name of the “link-template-panel.php” file.

According is showing fine now, short-code used [wpdm-accordion template="link-template-calltoaction3"]
