Accordian Add-on not working - WordPress Download Manager

I have installed WP-Download Manager and added the accordian add-on and it does not display the download information. When the accordian opens all the shows up is a placeholder for the link panel. See attached. Please advise.

Does accordian require WPDM pro?

I can not give access to the site.

The file shown in the attachment: link-template-panel.php is not in either the Accordian plugin folder or the WPDM template folder
The accordian folder only has two files.

Please advise.

Hi,

Use accordion shortcode like following one,

[wpdm-accordion template="link-template-default-ext"]

You can set,

template=”link-template-default”

template=”link-template-button”

too.
