I just took over maintenance of a site using the Pro plugin, and I’m having problems with custom templates. I have a license key, but I don’t have the invoice ID. Can I get access to the pro forum?

you simply need to login from same account that you used to purchase pro, to get access to pro forum. Thanks
We don’t have access to the account pro was purchased with, all we have is the license key.
