Access to Download Manager Pro - WordPress Download Manager

I have DL Manager Pro installed on my website. This website was made before I was hired here. I don’t have the access information to get the Pro files. Can you please help me to get access? Please let me know what information you need from me.

The main reason why I want to update the plugins is because I am trying to resolve an HTTPS S3 Amazon AWS download issue. When someone clicks on a page on our site that has HTTPS, the following error is generated:
