Here’s an example page I created. This file is for a certain logged in user role only.

https://hdfg.hdfgroup.org/test-download/
Using Download Manager Pro Version 6.5.4

It does NOT work in these browsers:
I am using Safari Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2) and Firefox 128.0.

It works in this browser:
Chrome Version 126.0.6478.183 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Any ideas what’s going on? We had download manager pro and will be paying again for the update when I can work with my finance director to put the payment method in, and then update.

Thank you!

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the disruption in our services over the past couple of days. Unfortunately, we have experienced an unexpected technical issue due to a fire incident that broke out in our data center. This incident has caused a collapse of the internet connection country-wide, and as a result, we are currently not fully operational.

Please rest assured that our team is working tirelessly to restore our services as quickly as possible. We will reach out to you as soon as the problem is resolved and ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

Regards

Updates. Here’s the new URL for the test location, we moved our site’s address.

Test Download

I also renewed our subscription and put in the license code.
It now works on Safari (and Chrome) but not in Firefox.

Hello,

Could you please check if it’s working on your end? I’m not seeing the “Access Denied” button in any of the browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Kindly share wp-login credential in a private reply to check the issue.

Regards
