__wpdm_client - disable cookie - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,
we need to disable the wpdm cookie due to dataprivacy.

We have already tried to uncheck “store ip of visitor” in the wpdm privacy sttings. Also we have set “define(‘WPDM_ACCEPT_COOKIE’, false);” in wp-config.php

The cookie is still set. Can you please tell me how to completely disable this cookie?

Thank you for your query.

The code you have applied should work.

However, it seems old cookies are still existing.

In this case, can you please completely remove all/previous cookies and check further?

I hope it will work.
