502 Bad Gateway issue - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,

Every time I click the “Add new File” or “Categories” links I get a 502 Bad Gateway error.
I believe it happened when I accidentally created a category with no header.
I tried to remove and re-install but it did not help.
I am using V2.2.2 and the latest version of WordPress (3.3.1)

any solutions?

you need to delete the option “_fm_categories” from “wp_options” table manually for now to reset categories
