403 Error

When I publish a file, there is an immediate error page that occurs:

“403 Forbidden
A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site.”

And the file that actually appears on the list of downloads looks like the following: https://ibb.co/d4dvB2m

How can this be resolved?

Hi Tamara,
Here showing HTTP error 403, there may have confliction between other plugins, you can deactivate or activate other plugins for checking.

Also, please check this for the broken admin screen.
