In 3.3.41 update and after, an unintended ID/PW login form appears everytime on the front page of our site.

The login form(window) with the title of “WELCOMEBACK” did not appear upto 3.3.40 update, and we are currently runnig our site by rollbacking WPDM to 3.3.40 as an urgent/temporary action to prevent site visitors from confusion..

With the big help of some web security vender, we confirmed this by checking the page source where the login markup includes the CSS class wpdm-login-right, which is specific to WPDM.

We would like to ask your advice and/or suggestion regarding what action we should take next.

If you don’t want to display the download manager login form, then go to Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access > Login Page to None Selected.
