In certain addons is my wordpress unusable. WPDM – Custom Access Level and WPDM – Sliders do not work. I have a bunch of error codes in the database. I expected more from the Download Manager. Therefore, the question whether it is possible to get the money back.

Install on subsite on wordpress network. Have deactivated all other plugins and returned to twenty-twelve theme but still receive the same error. Would be grateful for advice!

The only way it “work” if i upload empty csv file it just redirects to the “All Packages” section.need help

I just installed the extended short code add-on but when I activate it I get a fatal error that says ‘wpdm_query_var’ has not been defined. Am I missing something? I believe I have the latest version of Download Manager.
