Would be great to get a hint.

I have just upgraded WPDM from V3 to V4.

My entire website is now blank and the following errors appear in my error logs:

After installing the plugin and then activate, I get this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class zipfile in D:\www\xxxxxxxxxx\www\wp-content\plugins\download-manager\class.pack.php on line 3

Hi,

Sorry to post what is probably a really basic question but we are very new to WordPress and new to WDM too.

We tried the free version and liked it so purchased a license and tried to install WDMP 4.1.4 but we get a fatal error on activation.
Within the download is also version 3.3.8 which installs just fine.
Please can someone help us?

We are using Pantheon to host and the error log reports:

I got this error message when I tried to activate the Extended short-code plugin. (Note: For security reasons I didn’t include my web address as per error message)

What do I do about it?

I am upgrading from v3, following the thread with instructions for upgrade, and when I try to activate the plugin I get this error:

Cannot redeclare wpdm_cat_has_child() (previously declared in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php:153) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 629

I have tried uploading the plugin via the wordpress wizard and via FTp with the same result.

Any ideas?
