sorry for the issue, 1st upload of wpdm 3.3.6 was making problem with older version of php, so why we added the older version compatibility and re-uploaded again.
I have PHP Version 5.3.23, and i downloaded the plugin today it isn’t installing tried uploading via sftp and installing via plugin.php nothing works

Looks like i re-downloaded this 3.3.6 and re-installed it, this seemed to work, not sure what was going on with that!
After updating to 3.3.6 i seemed to have a huge issue with the site, so much that i had no clue what was going on with the error logs. So i wiped my site and started over with a new wordpress install no other plugins installed. This is what i get when i try to install 3.3.6 after clicking Activate Plugin. “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
No clue whats going on but this dosent seem good?

please download latest version again to get the fixed copy. the fatal error was showing in older version of php, now we added the compatibility fix and updated.

Hello — I am trying to get WPDM installed but it’s throwing a fatal error upon activation.
I have disabled plugins to no avail. I have also enabled WP_DEBUG — and none of the notices or errors are related.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

to resolve the fatal error you need to install/activate “zlib” in your server. The other could be a js conflict, please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your issue.
