    Hi,

    I’m updating from 4.0.6 to 4.0.7 and got a fatal error which prohibits the activation of the plugin.

    I bought the pro version when I installed the plugin this problem occurred:

    while extended short-code add-on active, you need to use short-code [wpdm_slider ids=”id1,id2,id3…”] to slider, here is the working example: http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/carousels/

    Ok that fixed the error message but the shortcodes provided by “WPDM – Extended Short-codes”, ie [wpdm_slider id=”1,2,3…”] and [wpdm_carousel category=”category-id”], dont work. The test page on which i only have some text and these shortcodes just gives me a plank page when “WPDM – Extended Short-codes” is activated and just lists (as i would expect) the text and the shortcodes as text when the addon is not activated.
    I assume that wpdm_slider was available for me to download when i was downloading my ‘kit’ (about 2 weeks ago) but since i cant find it on the addon page now i can only assume you have removed it.

    please delete wpdm slider ( wpdm-sliders ) add-on, which is not necessary anymore as slider already added with extended short-code add-on

    Just upgraded to 4.0.6.and it seemed to go ok until i went to activate “WPDM – Extended Short-codes” addon plugin. Then I got
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdm_slider() (previously declared in …./public_html/……/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-sliders/wpdm-sliders.php:31) in /……/public_html/……/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-extended-shortcodes/wpdm-extended-shortcodes.php on line 51.

    I am seeing this error as well when activating Pro version 4.0.4. My WordPress site displays the error “Fatal error: Call to undefined function has_shortcode() in /home/content/b/j/e/bjemerson/html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/functions.php on line 3354”
    When I deactivate the plugin, my site works fine. Unlike the issue above, I can see the settings, templates and subscribers pages.
    Please advise.

    I have purchased the WordPress Download Manager Special Pack. I am so not happy at all and I have only problems. In certain addons is my wordpress unusable. WPDM – Custom Access Level and WPDM – Sliders do not work. I have a bunch of error codes in the database. I expected more from the Download Manager. Therefore, the question whether it is possible to get the money back.

    for example:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdm_slider() (previously declared in …./wp-content/plugins/wpdm-extended-shortcodes/wpdm-extended-shortcodes.php:51) in … /wp-content/plugins/wpdm-sliders/wpdm-sliders.php on line 33

    When activating the pro version this fatal error occurrs. And the settings, templates and subscribers page is in blank in the plugin menu

    and now downloads pages don’t work.. downloads are still working but when I got to view packages i get this error…

    yes, 3.3.8 will work fine, in v4.0.0 wpdm moved to custom post type and we had to recode most things and some are not done yet, so why is not working. anyhow final release of wpdm pro v4.0.0 coming on 25th jan, 2014.

    csv import still will not work with 4.0.0.rc2, but from 4.0.0.rc3, that option will be available again.

    I need to import 2K+ downloads with straight id order, i can`t even upload them manually from bulk import because of:
    400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large nginx/1.4.4

    Hello, i have a problem with csv import. download-manager.4.0.0.RC2
    When try to import i have an error

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function delete_wpdm_meta() in /myrootfolder/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/functions.php on line 2680

    The same error even if i import sample.csv file
    The only way it “work” if i upload empty csv file it just redirects to the “All Packages” section.
