Sorry to post what is probably a really basic question but we are very new to WordPress and new to WDM too.
We tried the free version and liked it so purchased a license and tried to install WDMP 4.1.4 but we get a fatal error on activation.
Within the download is also version 3.3.8 which installs just fine.
Please can someone help us?We are using Pantheon to host and the error log reports:

the package was not setup properly. edit the package, update access and other fields, then it will work fine. The fatal error is because, image magic failed to read this file

I recently purchased the pro version and am having a really hard time getting it installed. I tried just uploading the new files, but I got an error there. So I downloaded the copy to pro add-on and am now getting this error:

I am upgrading from v3, following the thread with instructions for upgrade, and when I try to activate the plugin I get this error:

I have tried uploading the plugin via the wordpress wizard and via FTp with the same result.
