Hello.,

I have just installed Download Manager Pro plugin in my local system. and testing it.

When i have used the shortcode ‘[wpdm_tree]’ and related to displaying tree view of folders. i foudn error like

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpdm_user_has_access()

C:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\wp-content\plugins\wpdm-extended-shortcodes\wpdm-extended-shortcodes.php on line 455

i have tried these also
[wpdm_tree category=”category-slug”]
[wpdm_tree download_link=1]

but no use.

Please help!

First I bought S2download – it’s not working properly. Than I bought Download Manager Pro Ver. 4.2.2.
It’s not working. I’m a bit pissed off.

When I try to activate the plug in I get this massage:

So evidently whatever was happening last week is still happening.
I just got this image from a customer:
I can’t even get into my site right now to give you access, but the info I sent you last week is still good.

Everyone is getting this when they try to download
Fatal error: Call to undefined function __msg() in /home/fromgram/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-start-download.php on line 13

A lot of my clients gets this without an apparent reason :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function __msg() in /home/higher/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-start-download.php on line 12

I get this error message when I try to download a file: Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /home/ew000019/www/home/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-start-download.php on line 55

any help would be much appreciated

Hi, when i try to activate the plugin i get the following error: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. I have installed free version of Download Manager. Then I downloaded TinyMCE button plugin & activated, then I purchased Mail-Chimp plugin, installed, activated and linked with Mailchimp account.

Then I purchased Download Manager Pro. Then I was not careful enough to read installation notes, so I havn’t removed free version, but just tried to install DM Pro. This installation failed of course. Now whatever I click on my Admin dashboard I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_wdm_settings_tab() in C:\xampp1\htdocs\wpsite\wp-content\plugins\wpdm-mailchimp\mailchimp.php on line 40

WP is 4.1.1. and I’m running on localhost !

We just purchased another addon for WPDM (Archive Page) and are trying to use this example: http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/archive-page/

However, when we activate, we get the following fatal error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ‘)’ in /home/bwgroup/public_html/air/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php on line 1043

I have looked at the code, and do not see a syntax error here. Not sure why it is causing it, but we modified nothing. This is the function in question:

but not working right ,, i got an error 🙁

this shortcut it’s working good with another categories .

Note:
1- some files under this category attached with .pdf file .
2- the ‘ 53f491006da0a ‘ NOT include a pdf thumbnail meta-tag .
