Added List of things that don’t have strings or aren’t translating:

Register page error message (havn’t tried to succesfully register yet)
    Captcha
    Download History

When trying to access the frontend “Add new”; gives error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdm_categories_checkboxed_tree() (previously declared in public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/tpls/wpdm-add-new-file-front.php:97) in public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/tpls/wpdm-add-new-file-front.php on line 97

I had the free version installed before updated to the pro version. I just deleted the free and installed the pro version.

Also it doesn’t recognize installed plugins anymore when going to the add ons section nor install new ones.

    Greetings,
Purchased WP Download PRO and installed on client site, but unable to activate plugin. The error message I receive is “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/xv0ro1w1gm1b0uz/Screenshot%202017-10-03%2022.46.41.png?dl=0

I spoke to Pantheon support, and they verified that their isn’t anything on the server restricting this plugin. Running PHP version 7.0.23, and WordPress version 4.8.2. Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks in advance.

Nope, it doesn’t. Installing version 4.7.1 together with latest Gantry version and a Rockettheme theme give me this error:

Fatal error: Cannot access property started with ‘\0’ in /var/www/my-catalogue-name/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.Package.php on line 259

    Kind regards
    Michael

I get an error when I try to download a package after upgrade from 4.5 to 4.6:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WPDM\get_avatar_url() in /home3/admin1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.Package.php on line 49

What do I need to do?

Upon installing and entering the basic shortcode [wpdm-archive], I get the Search, Order By and Order boxes as well as the breadcrumbs Home > All Packages

    After that is the line:
Fatal error: Class ‘WPDM\libs\Pagination’ not found in /…/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php on line 473

Do I need more configuration or is this a code error?

Having tired to manually update to v4.6.8 it could not be activated as caused a fatal error:

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /usr/local/wwwmounts/www-large-area-electronics/hypertext/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/admin/menus/class.Templates.php on line 133”

4.6.6 was working fine. Updating to 4.6.7 or 4.6.8 through the settings menu did not work so tried manual update as had seen previous post suggesting to do that

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

    Thanks

    Hi Shahriar,
I have just updated php to 5.4 and i have another error message showing on the popup window.. Issue was not fixed by php update. And the the twitter lock follow is still not working. Please see error message below.

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'TwitterOAuth\TwitterOAuthException' with message '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <hash> <error>Desktop applications only support the oauth_callback value 'oob'</error> <request>/oauth/request_token</request> </hash> ' in /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/socialconnect/Twitter/src/TwitterOAuth.php:138 Stack trace: #0 /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/socialconnect/twitterconnect.php(16): TwitterOAuth\TwitterOAuth->oauth('oauth/request_t...', Array) #1 /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/socialconnect/twitterconnect.php(45): WPDM\TwitterConnect::loginURL('11442', 'follow') #2 [internal function]: WPDM\TwitterConnect->connectHelper('') #3 /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(298): call_user_func_array(Array, Array) #4 /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #5 /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.p in /home1/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/socialconnect/Twitter/src/TwitterOAuth.php on line 138

After disabling the welcome page errors I have seen clearly that, it conflicts with Justified Image Grid (JIG). Final error is this:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on null in wp-includes/link-template.php:357
    Stack trace:
    #0 wp-includes/link-template.php(320): _get_page_link(Object(WP_Post), false, false)

Do you have any idea how to get rid of this error?

Problem occurs on get_permalink call, but why?

By the way, I see in the Plugin List of each sub-site that the Category Manager appears twice and both versions are deactivated.
    – Yet frontend category management seems to work
    – If I try to activate the Add-On on a sub-site it causes a fatal error.

After activating WP Membership – bbPress, my site gave the error code.

I checked in with the guys where I’m hosting and they were able to find the following:

” PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function bbp_get_topic_post_type() in /nas/content/live/gustavwp/wp-content/plugins/wp-membership-bbpress/includes/topic-functions.php on line 43 ”

When they deactivated the plugin, the site was up again… but, now what?

    Could you assist?

    Gustav

For reasons unknown, I am down to one error on activation:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WPDM\WordPressDownloadManager in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php on line 49

As originally reported, the plugin does activate, but still throws this error. Screenshot shows the error in debug; convenient display courtesy of the plugin no-white-screen.php

I’m doing a massive plugin conflict test right now on a MU network. I have my entire site stripped down with no plugins activated. I have cleared all transients in the network. I’ve checked each site’s _XX_options table, and active plugins is a:0:{} for each one.

    In spite of all that…..

When I activate WPDM, I get a warning message that it triggered a fatal error. The error happens from several sources, but basically each one is

    Constant XXXXXXX already defined

However, the plugin does get activated successfully, in spite of the error.

Debug log is attached. It almost looks as if the plugin is trying to activate itself multiple times, after already activating itself initially. I was careful not to double click, but this still happens.

    Good afternoon;

We can not activate the plugin because it gives us the following error:

    Wordpress: 4.7.5

    Thanks
