    Hi,

    I’m getting this kinda of crash when I access settings for WP Pro Membship:

    (I have trimmed the exact paths somewhat to anonymize it slightly but the essence of the error remains.

    Nothing else shows up except this error.

    Hi, we are trying to incorporate the addon plugin WPDM – Dropbox Explorer

    We followed the step: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/how-to-use-dropbox-to-store-files-and-allow-users-to-download-then-from-your-website/

    We are done creating the dropbox app and about to put the API key,

    When activating the addon plugin it shows this error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    We have been running our WP blog on a new server for several weeks. All is stable, but no new downloads can be created. When I want to save the new download this messag appears

    Issue with Update
    My updates setting appears to be too old and not updated after upgrading wpdm 4.7.8
    It asks me my license but shows me old UI and I cant see my purchase packages in my website update UI

    In addition to that, I will be very thankful, if you can replace 1. WordPress PDF Viewer and 2. WPDM – The Movie Database with only One Add on WPDM Review Add on in my purchased packages.

    Prepaid Credits not activating, it says fatal error ocurred.

    I need FTP because switching to another theme caused a fatal error which made the site inaccessible. If you can’t provide FTP, please try switching to another theme to find out if the issue is related to theme conflict.

    This is most probably a theme conflict. Tried to switch to another theme for testing. But that resulted in a fatal error. Maybe one of your plugins is invoking a theme function. Now, I need FTP info to check where the error is coming from.

    From the error log, I see some fatal error coming from other plugins but no fatal from the Download Manager. The download is working now, for the locked packages too. Maybe it was a cache issue. However, let us know if you encounter the issue again. Thanks.

    Each day, at approximately 3 am GMT, the following error begins showing in a web browser when visiting our website:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/anywhe06/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-amazon-s3/aws/aws-autoloader.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php70/pear') in /home/anywhe06/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-amazon-s3/wpdm-amazon-s3.php on line 14

    The only way I have found to rectify the problem is to delete the wpdm-amazon-s3 directory in the plugin folder and then reinstall the plugin. That works until the next day rolls around and I repeat the process.

    I suspect a daily routine running on the server (either through a website plugin or the host).

    Any thoughts?
