Sorry for all the topics but some other problems seem to pop up.

1. ReCaptcha, most of the times when I want to verify the captcha before downloading I get a message saying it can’t contact recaptcha.

2. I want users to be logged in before they can download, I have these settings, tried to download after logging out and I can download it…

3. I want to display the total amount of files & downloads somewhere on my site is there a shortcode somewhere or how could I do this?

4. WPDM Color Box Plugin, It would be nice if you could just use the keyboard arrows to navigate instead of having to close and open every image.

5. The User Level on the user-dashboard is empty, what is this supposed to show? The current user role?

6. user-dashboard pages have dissapeared, I can access the dashboard but once I click ‘Download History’ ‘Edit Profile’ or Log Out it say’s the page isn’t found? All files are still there just checked. *Fixed, Restored a earlier page revision and it seems to work again now.

I just updated my downloads manager plugin and received this error: “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/72/4997172/html/thefashionprofessor/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php on line 12”

Not sure what to do – my clients cannot receive any of their downloads. Please help.

I have a Downloads page set up with multiple categories and it’s displaying a nested Log In form for each, which is destroying the look of the page (and of course, shouldn’t be there)

I have just purchased WPDM Newsletter to help me notify Subscribers when updates to to a package are available however It doesn’t work as I expected.

I have noticed that there are two levels of “Subscribers”. If a user visits my site and downloads a package that has an email lock, then they will appear as a “Subscriber” under Downloads > Subscribers. However, they do not appears in Campaign > Subscribers. I’m aware that you can “Import Registered Users” but visitors to my site are not registering. They are simply providing their email to access the download.

In an ideal world, when I used the feature “Send Message To Subscriber” it would send a message to those that are contained within Downloads > Subscribers. It would also actually have a submit button!

Hi,

I am using different list formats for indicating downloads (http://silicon.software/know-how/downloads/, Tabs “Recent Downloads” and “Search Downloads”). One is generated by the short-code generator, using “wpdm_packages”, the other one with “wpdm-archive”. Both are using a paging (paging=”1″) at the bottom of the page.
Both short-codes are using a different paging style (icon and words for previous and next, size of fonts) and also have a different bahaviour, even they are following CSS modifications.

Functionally the paging version of the “wpdm-archive” short-code is working correctly: the list with the next hits is displayed, a “loading” button appears for a short time.
The paging function in “wpdm_packages” is not working at all with me. The mouse-over displays a correct link (copied to new windows, the list is displayed correctly), but there is no execution of the link.

If it is possible to use the working paging function from “wpdm-archive” in “wpdm_packages”, it would be helpful for me.
Maybe you have a work-around.

Hi, I started getting messages yesterday that my downloads were not working. I saw that I needed to update my subscription, and I did so, deleting/reinstalling the plugin, but the links are all still broken. I’m using Download Manager Pro 4.5.4. I can send my specific website and pages, if needed. Please help!

Please fix this Bug quick.
