1. Are you able to give us information/link to guide on how we are able to get users to register and if there is anything we can do to register the existing subscribers list?

2. On the registration form, are we able to add our own fields for additional information – example: Company?

3. Are we also able to add GDPR statement/checkbox to the registration form?

There absolutely is an issue.

In the subscriber list, I have screenshotted 1 of many users who have signed up and downloaded various files but they are still showing as guests in the stats.

We really need this resolved as soon as possible as this has been going on for over 2 months, with no resolution.

I understand that, but why are none of the subscribers showing up in the download history?

Using August as an example, filtered between 2022-08-01 and 2022-08-31, it shows all downloads as ‘guest’, apart from 2 subscribers.

In the subscriber list, it shows 527 users downloading something throughout August.

Why do these users not show in the download history – that is an issue and is causing further issues with our relationship with our client.

We have another site pending that would potentially need to use this system, but it relies on this being sorted.

So, update has been added and the issue that we originally raised is not resolved!

The users all still show up as ‘guest’ – how can this be resolved?

We’ve noticed that once a user has added their email once, it doesn’t seem to register a repeat user downloading a resource – not sure if that is a setting issue but would be useful to get this resovlved to help our client get clear information from the stats.

There is no option to add the license key on the plugin update.

It would make more sense to be able to update the plugin in the plugin manager in WordPress, which gives me the option to update now. Which isn’t working.

Just had another look at this in the CMS, and still not really making much sense.

Based on what you said – ‘Showing downloads 1 – 30 of total 5 – means there are 5 unique users downloaded at that time period’ – I’ve attached another link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14baLs5wQF5xk3aLWmbu-FBaT5SzwQE5O/view?usp=sharing

As you can see all users are showing as Guest. How can it sort that information by 5 unique users when there is no user information stored for each download? There are also more than 5 unique IP addresses and more than 5 different document titles so can’t be sorting by those either.

This has been back and forth for a number of months. Need to get this sorted as the client is complaining.

It would be good to understand how the unique downloads are supposed to work. On the image link below, we are selecting ‘Count unique downloads only’ and this is coming back with ‘Showing downloads 1 – 30 of total 5’ – which makes no sense.

This link (https://drive.google.com/file/d/13NsjgHRF9UWhnphe7iig1WET2T9VMmI7/view?usp=sharing) shows how the filter looks without the unique downloads – ‘Showing downloads 1 – 30 of total 837’.

It would be good for us to understand what the unique downloads are sorting by?

Also, the subscribers list is showing the people who have signed up for downloads, but in the download history in Stats, it shows everyone as guest apart from 3 people, me, the client and SEO agency.

Can you help us with these, please?
