Use custom Link Template. Do not use [page_url] tag, then there will be no link to details page. You can clone any link template and reove [page_url] from it.

Use [thumb_WxH] template tag to generate thumbnail.

Note From Template Editor ( Dashboard Downloads Templates ):

Show preview thumbnail with specified width and height if available,l eg: [thumb_700x400] will show 700px × 400px image preview

Did doc preview work before? Preview issue might not be related to this issue.

It is not possible without customization.

But using current system people can’t download before completing payment. What you explained need manual assignment of files after each purchase.

Following approach might work for you you:

You can create packages for sale without attaching any file. And when someone purchase it create another package by attaching files you want to send to customer and assign it only to that customer using Advanced Access Control addon.

Use Page Template Single Column, Image Top, Extended or Customize it when you apply Form Lock in a package. I have tested tested it in your second pacakge (id#31), download works now.

Form Lock and Gravity form works fine together. Also there is no conflict between Form Lock and Download notification.

Each row in csv file creates a separate package.

You have issues in importing images. Here, are you trying to set featured image for the download or trying to attach it to the package as downloadable image?

To set featured image put the url under preview column.

To attach the image as a downloadable file put the url under files column.

Here url has to be publicly accessible.

If your files are in /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ directory, just use the filename (including extension) under files column.  Use , to attach multiple files.

Please try now. I can edit package in frontend. If you face such issue again, just update the page with wpdm_frontend shortcode, that should fix the issue ( info: it is related to permalink structure ).

I showed you in previous link where you should edit (wpdm-be-member.php). Replace the marked line in above screenshot with following line,

That’s all you need to do, as you have your your own custom registration page,  no need to edit wpdm-reg-form.php file. You just redirect users to your register page using above link.

Download file will have exactly same name as your uploaded file. But you can change the name that are shown in frontend, before download. You can do it from edit package page Attached Files metabox,

Multiple download of same package from same IP counted as one. Maybe that’s what happening in your case. Test few other downloads to be sure.

Update user dashboard page. No need to change any page content, just updating the page should fix it.

When you upload a file with same name of a previous file, you have two option. Overwrite it or rename it. By default it is rename. In your case you have to choose overwrite, because you want replace the old file. You can do that from WPDM Settings Basic Upload Settings panel.

Do you have network activated Download Manager? In that case network deactivate WPDM and activate it in each subsite. That should solve the issue.
