Link Template code is wrapped inside w3eden class to apply plugin specific css. code inside w3eden comes from link template. You can create custom link template from Downloads Templates page.

Can i disable other plugins and switch theme to find the issue behind it? Looks like one your plugin or theme messing with subcategories. Can’t access subcategories even from admin area.

In category archive page ( the link you shared ) it is using your theme’s template to show packages. WPDM’s card template is closest one in design. You can use that template when inserting category shortcode from tinymce. Or built you can build your own custom link template.

Player worked fine in my test. Following gif shows music playing in even after 25 seconds..

Try a different browser, maybe issue is related to browser cache Or some other plugin which was deactivated when i checked.

It happens when a file with same name already exits in /uploads/download-manager-files directory. You have to option to overwrite a file with same name. You can enable it from WPDM Settings Basic Upload Settings Panel.

You can remove the icon from Edit Package Page Package Settings Icon Tab

Just remove the icon url and keep it empty.

From WPML settings note it looks like, this option depends on your active theme. As your theme’s index.php only loop trough blog post, WPML ignoring WPDM posts.

You have to customize your theme’s main loop to add WPDM packages in it.

Currently WPDM statistics is mostly based on packages rather than user. You can check any package download statistics from all package page page by click stats icon under each package. However, we are working on more advanced download reporting addon which includes user based data too. Let us if you have any more feature in mind. We will add if that fits with the addon.

WPDM subscribers are collected from email lock feature. If you lock a package with email lock user has to provide email address before download. And those emails are listed as subscribers. So, WPDM subscriber are not actually the users you have in your site.

What page template are you using there?

File Tree – Install Extended Shortcode addon to use tree shortcode

Empty Categories – Frontend Upload shows all categories. I have checked your installation. You are using custom templates there. If you did not do it,maybe some other guy customized it. In default templates upload page shows all categories.

Tags – You can use Directory addon to show all tags. Each tag link to their archive page. We will add more features soon to make tags more accessible.

Sorry it is not possible. But you can check File Cart addon. It allows users to add files in cart and download all those files in single zip. Check product page for more information.

Somehow missed this ticket.

However, There is option for this situation. You can overwrite old file or rename new file if an exiting file has same name.

Option is accessible from WPDM Settings Basic Upload Settings Panel.

Your CSV worked fine with CSV importer. I have imported all packages. Check following screenshot to understand the procedure,

I have added the download button code to open files in new window. Also removed file size info in package box.

Customization required to add sidebar in home.

To add this feature you need Advanced Access Control addon.

It is not possible without code customization. Currently categories are sorted by name.
