We only received one invoice and one order ID, regardless according to the bank statement we were charged twice.

How would you suggest we proceed to resolve this?

It seems like you really don’t want to answer my question so I purchased the extension, if it doesn’t work I will request a refund I guess….

Even more aggravating now I have purchased the Download Manager Extension, Directory Add-On, and have received the receipt confirming my order but I still can’t download it!!!

Already walked through your resolution steps, but it didn’t help at all:

Will this defenitely resolve my issue based on the information I listed above? before we spend another $50 on an extension I need to be sure this will resolve my issue.

Update: When we navigate away from the Settings > Update page the WPDM Directory Add – On product no longer says installed, and when we click to install the WPDM Add – On then navigate away and come back it no longer says installed again. Not sure what this means but thought it was worthy of adding it to the post.

    It is my belief that in order to resolve this we need to “purchase” the WPDM Directory Add-On and change all of the short code examples of wpdm-archive to wpdm_archive, but would like confirmation that this is what is needed.
