There looks to be the following errors in the logs:

mod_fcgid: stderr: in /var/www/vhosts/cathexisvideo.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-email-notification/wpdm-email-notification.php on line 80 – Apache error

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 251658240 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 288235520 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/cathexisvideo.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.FileSystem.php on line 101 – Apache error

Hi Support

I am trying to redo all the download zip files that doesn’t work but this is not working.

I have attached a screenshot.

Also, the “brochure-list” template I think is the problem because in the screenshot the template is set as the brochure list but that is not what is loading.

Hi Support

It is becoming quite frustrating to keep deactivating and reactivating the plugin on all the subsites every day just for it to work.

Is there a permanent solution?

And I am still waiting for some feedback.
