After clearing out the cache dir I am still having the same problem.
Is there anything you would like me to get before I delete the page and build it with you your software try and see if it a GoDaddy hosting problem?

Okay I figured this out.
1st problem was I had the front.css set to disabled.
Next in the front.css I looked for .wpdm-link and added this at the bottom of the that spot
float: left;

So now it looks like this

margin: 0px;
padding: 10px;
font-size:9pt;
font-family: ‘Lucida Grande’,’Lucida Sans’,’sans-serif’;
border-bottom: 0px solid #ffffff;
border-top: 0px solid #dddddd;
float: left;
}

I am sharing the answer so if anyone else is looking to do the same thing now the question and answer are together.
