Can you tell what service in php.ini is needed.
And when the plugin needs access (on reinstall, update, every X days, …)

Ahh, we solved the problem.
Some services where blocked in php.ini
We temporarily disabled the blocking of the php.ini services – activated the plugin and it works now (with php.ini services blocked again)

What Services are called by WPDM?
Only at Update or reinstall?

OK, licensing worked now fine.
If i paste the License Key in the Settings panel it says “Invalid license key”.

Shaon, please check the whole thread – we already analyzed the problem and you found a solution. you changed something in the functions.php but didn’t tell me what it was so i accidently updated it and it was overwritten.

you said: “problem was the unix & windows path conflict – I replaced ‘\’ with ‘/’” but i don’t know WHERE or HOW you replaced that

hi shaon,

damn. i updated the DownloadManager and now the thumbnails aren’t working anymore (path problem).

could you please tell me what you changed in the functions.php to make it work again?

and how can we prevent that from happening again each update?

had the same problem with the Durus-Theme, which uses Revolution. LazyLoad off does the trick.

ok, just to let you knowm: it is still visible in the right sidebar, when you build a custom template.

in another thread you talked about a plugin for that option. is that plugin already available?

i have the same problem.

they say “pass in a language object to the DataTable constructor”.
