Upgrading to Pro

Hi there,
im thinking of upgrading to pro but im keen to understand if the form plugin is included and if that plugin would be able to use as a feedback form, which then could be sent to shop owners?

Also would it be possible to get the same content as the Prime site so that i have something to work with whilst getting my site up together?

Keen to discuss my website in more detail but would need to be in a private environment.
