Hi Support,

I am trying to use tree view functionality in my project, but i am having a tool confusion. In this case I already installed this extension WPDM Extended Short-codes and tried inserting a shortcode [wpdm_tree] in elementor, where the interface worked, but not exactly what I needed.

When I tried to find the file that I recorded into the folder, the result that i had was another folder with the same name, and if I click again I had more folder with the same name again.

I have tried to find some solution on the website:
https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/tree-view/
but i did not find anything.

Images about what I am trying to show.

Could you guys help me with this?

Hello @williamcanon,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Problems like this should not occur. You will see category as folder and subcategory as sub-folder. Maybe I should check the backend for any issues.

If possible, Could you please send me admin access of your website to check the issue and solve it quickly in a private reply?

Thanks

The issue is happening as your home page http://websupport.cdbsolutions.com.br/ is redirecting to login url http://websupport.cdbsolutions.com.br/login/ even when user is already logged in.
