Suddenly issue with Download Manager and Woocoomerce

Dear Support Team,

two weeks ago we have released an online shop using Avada and Woocommerce. We are selling non-digital products but we are using the free version of the plugin download manager (w3 eden) so that our customers can download the product sheets from our products.
Everything was fine but now, we have suddenly a new menu item called “Download Manager” with a link to a page which doesn’t exist shop.cjc.de/sample-page/.

We don’t know why we have suddenly a new menu item which we cannot delete via wordpress -> design -> menu! When I deactive the plugin download manager the menu item also is removed.

But we would like to use the plugin as all the month before this new issue was generated.

Could you help us to understand why this happened?
