show double category instead of just one

Hi at all,

As always have a big problem,

I did the plugin update. I added 2 categories and I didn’t see them. Then all my duplicate folders appeared.
Even users who do not need to see certain folders see them even if they are empty.

Can someone help me to resolve this situation, the site is online … unfortunately
