Google Drive integration errors

I’ve been through the steps in this post about a half dozen times, and repeating and rechecking them doesn’t solve the issue: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/google-drive-explorer/

Whenever I click the “Google Drive” button from within the “Add New” screen in the “Downloads” panel, from within WordPress, I get a pop-over that says “The API developer key is invalid.” And that’s it. No notes on what key its using or what is returning invalid.

The information stored within Downloads > Settings matches what Google’s API console shows for this app. I’m not sure what else I can do if everything visually lines up but nothing works still. Is there any hope of getting this working?

It’s worth mentioning that I just tried the Dropbox integration also, and it works. So my issues seem to be specific to Google APIs.

Hi,

Did you follow the full tutorial? Please check Credentials – API key – Accept requests from these HTTP referrers (web sites) and set address correctly.

Or check if you enable Google picker API correctly. You must enable picker API:
go https://console.developers.google.com/ select your project then click APIs & auth find Google Picker API and enable it.
