Download Manager Categories page freezes

When I open the Categories page the cursor is blinking in the Name field and it is possible type into it, but after that the page does not respond anywhere you click on it. It is just frozen and does not work at all. What is going on? Is this a Windows 11 problem? I am using Version 3.2.86 of Download Manager.

It seems that there is a conflict between the Download Manager plugin and the Yoast SEO plugin. Upon deactivating the Yoast SEO plugin, the Download Manager Category resumed its normal functioning without any issues. Kindly check
