Hello,
We use your Download Manager plugin extensively on our website (which we find is excellent and very useful!). Today I updated the plugin and it caused a critical error on our website, which in turn denied access to both admins and the general public to our website.
Upon contacting our hosting provider who investigated the issue, it seems that after updating the Download Manager Plugin it took down our website and caused a critical error.
We have now disabled it, but are unable to reinstall the plugin. Is there a fix in progress? If so is there a timescale for this?
Also is it possible to roll back the plugin to the version before the update?
