display categories left sidebar

Hi,

I would like to display all categories in my left sidebar so users can filter what they are searching for. Have several categories but only 3 show with number of files. Rest stays on ” 0 ” ( zero )
What I am doing wrong?

Are you using the WPDM Directory add-on and [wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page="10" template="default" cols=1] shortocde?

I hope it will work fine then. If it doesn’t work, then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.
