Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to disable the master key download functionality in order to disable direct download possibility.

Hope you are well. For disabling the direct download possibility, you can also assign lock options for the packages/files. For more details, you can check it here,

Hi Nayeem Riddhi,
thank you for your reply. I’ll try to explain it better: I would like to disable the Master Key functionality in order to avoid the possibility that someone, having the master key, can download the file bypassing site user authentication. I can’t add any lock options to the file because the users are already authenticated to the site and part of a group listed in “Allow access” field in “Package settings”.

For disabling the Master Key functionality, we have no such option. But you are also able to keep a feature request here for that, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro-feature-request/. I hope you have understood.
