Booted out of Login Session

1. I log into the website.
2. I then navigate to a post
3. I then click on a download link
4. I am kicked out of the logged in session and have to log back into the website.
5. The process then repeats itself and I cannot download the file.

This began to occur when I updated the Plugin to the latest version.

I noticed earlier file uploads no longer show the file icon. It appears these earlier uploads are the one causing the problem (kicking me out of a logged in session). I tried to edit these files but I continue to be kicked out of the website when I attempt to edit the files.

If anyone if experiencing the same problem I would appreciate your assistance.

Extremely sorry for your inconvenience. May be installation is not completed correctly or may be wpdm is conflicting with other plugins

It is actually is not related with wpdm, may you please ask your hosting support.

Hello Shaon.
I don’t believe it is – please let me explain.

I started using the product some time ago and have regularly updated the plugin as new releases where made available.
During a recent update, older files I uploaded I can no longer access. Once I click on the EDIT link for an older file uploaded I get booted off of the system and need to log back in.

However, NEW files that have uploaded I have no issues with.

Please note, I have associated an icon to each type of file uploaded. For example, I used the PowerPoint Icon with PowerPoint files and so on. All files uploaded some time ago have lost their icon associations. Why this is important is for the following reason: each time I try to edit an older file that has lost its icon association I get logged out of the WP Admin area. For those new files recently added I have not problems.

i believe you may be familiar with this problem because an UPDATE FEATURE in the SETTING has been discussed in this forum when new plugin releases have been issued.

I hope this sheds more light on the problem and hope this is a familiar problem that has a solution.
